International Women’s Day

In honor of International Women’s Day, we asked the women on our leadership team what empowering other women truly means to them.

For Holly, empowering other women starts with trust. She believes the most powerful thing a woman can do is trust her voice, trust her vision, and have the courage to follow it. Just as importantly, it means championing the visions of other women and creating space for them to lead. When one woman rises, we all move forward. Empowerment isn't about individual success; it's about lifting others, sharing opportunity and building environments where women can step confidently into leadership.

For Juliana, empowering other women means creating a safe space for growth. It means sharing knowledge openly, encouraging bold thinking, and building the kind of support system that gives women the confidence to take risks. When women feel supported rather than judged, they are far more likely to challenge themselves, try new ideas, and pursue opportunities.
