We recently partnered with a clinical stage biotechnology company on the appointment of Steven Draikiwicz, M.D., as SVP of Clinical Development, Rheumatology and Immunology.

This search required a leader with deep clinical judgment and the ability to operate across the full development lifecycle, from early strategy through regulatory engagement and execution. Steven brings experience leading complex immunology programs and working across cross functional teams to advance clinical strategy in areas of high unmet need.

At this stage, leadership is not just about progressing a program. It is about making the right decisions early, aligning teams, and shaping how science ultimately translates to patients. We are grateful for the partnership and proud to support work that continues to move the field forward.
