Holly brings over two decades of experience recruiting in Life Sciences for some of the most sought-after positions in the industry. She has developed a deep professional network and specialization in placing physician executives across all functions of R&D, including translational medicine, clinical development, drug safety, and medical affairs across many therapeutic areas and modalities. Holly is widely respected for her integrity, technical expertise, creativity, and commitment to building strong cultures and deep connections with candidates and companies alike.
As the Founder and President of HarmoniaBio, Holly channels her heart-centered and fiercely tenacious approach into every aspect of her work and life. The name “Harmonia” reflects her commitment to creating balance between talent and opportunity—aligning individuals with roles where they can truly thrive. Holly leads with purpose, regularly spearheading initiatives that shape HarmoniaBio’s conscious culture and guiding physicians and executives into roles that foster growth for companies, communities, and careers alike.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Holly is an avid practitioner of Krav Maga and boxing. She is deeply committed to social justice and women’s health, actively supporting initiatives working to reduce healthcare disparities. Her dedication is both a passion and a lens through which she views work and life. Her holistic, disciplined approach is reflected in everything she does.
Juliana combines analytical precision, technological innovation, and human insight to elevate how leadership search is executed. With more than a decade of experience across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and diagnostics, she leads with empathy, discipline, and a deep sense of responsibility for the people and organizations her searches influence.
Juliana is passionate about building smarter, more efficient, and transparent frameworks that enhance both process and purpose. By integrating data, technology, and market intelligence with intuition and curiosity, Juliana transforms complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies. She loves assembling teams like puzzles, where each piece complements the others to create a cohesive whole.
Her experience spans multiple therapeutic areas, though she is especially drawn to rare diseases and other fields of high unmet need, where exceptional leadership can directly translate into meaningful impact for patients and families.
Originally from Brazil and now based in Miami, Juliana brings global perspective, creativity, and cultural fluency to everything she does. She finds balance through Pilates, cooking, lifelong learning, and community connection, and joy in life with her husband, Nick, and their playful dog, Joy.
Tim draws on more than 20 years of recruiting experience, building high-performing leadership teams across biotech, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Known for his ability to identify, engage, and secure top-tier C-suite and executive talent, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the leadership of stealth startups, venture-backed emerging companies, and established innovators advancing breakthrough science.

Before joining HarmoniaBio, Tim spent 12 years refining his craft with Alioth as an AVP of Executive Search and with Korn Ferry as a Senior Recruiter, successfully placing executives across a broad spectrum of scientific and strategic disciplines.
A Seattle native, Tim lives just north of the city with his wife of more than 30 years. He values family deeply, including his two grown children, and helping care for aging parents.Outside of work, he is a passionate Washington Husky football fan and enjoys photography and golf.
